Research

Our research group conducts innovative research in nutrition, nanomedicine, and drug delivery. Our research focuses on using biocompatible and biodegradable nanoparticles or transdermal approaches to enhance bioactivities of nutrients and phytochemicals for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases, especially cardiovascular disease, obesity, and type II diabetes.
